Annual Compliance Filing Fee: $10

Lawyers or licensed paralegal practitioners on active status are required to pay a $10.00 administrative filing fee to finalize their compliance reporting. Please fill out the Certificate of Compliance and then a member of the MCLE staff will reach out to you for payment. If all required CLE hours are listed on your transcript, you may complete the MCLE Compliance process through your Bar member practice portal. Please login to your Member Dashboard and pay the required $10 filing fee by selecting the “Pay MCLE Compliance Fees” button and following the prompts. Once the filing fee has been paid, you will be MCLE compliant, and you will NOT be required to file any additional information or Certificate of Compliance for the reporting period.

House Counsel Certification Filing Fee: $25

House Counsel lawyers must pay a $25.00 filing fee and submit the House Counsel Certificate signed by the jurisdiction where House Counsel maintains an active license evidencing that the lawyer has completed the hours of CLE required of active lawyers in the jurisdiction where House Counsel is licensed.

Late-Filing Fee: $100

Any lawyer or licensed paralegal practitioner who fails to complete the MCLE requirement by the June 30 deadline, or fails to file by the July 31 deadline, will be assessed a $100 late fee.

Reinstatement and Repeat Violation Fees:

Lawyers and licensed paralegal practitioners who fail to comply with the MCLE requirements and are administratively suspended under Rule 11-615 will be assessed, in addition to the filing fee and late fee, a $200 reinstatement fee or, if the failure to comply is a repeat violation within the past 5 years, a $500 reinstatement fee.
